Sir/Madam,
With reference to your application dated
18-02-86,requesting registration under
Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act,1976,
I Am directed to say that your Association
has been registered under Section 6(1)(a)
of the Act and allotted the following
Registration Number:-

2.You are advised to
send intimation within the prescribed
time to the central Govt. of the amount
of each foreign contribution received
purpose for which and the manner in
which it was received and the purpose
for which and the manner in which the
foreign contribution was utilized as
per the provisions of the FC(R) Act,
1976 and the rules framed there under.
The bank account mentioned in your application
should exclusively be for receiving
foreign contribution and no other amount
should be credited to this account.
Any change with regard to the name of
the association, its address registration
aims & objectives etc, should be
promptly intimated to the undersigned
and in case of any of the above changes
fresh registration of the Association
under the provisions of the act will
be necessary.
3.Failure to comply
with any of the above provisions will
make you liable for action under the
Provisions to sec.6(1) and/or under
sec.23(1) of the foreign contribution
(Regulation) Act, 1976.
